Description: Now is the time to start the process to evaluate and plan for foodservice program improvements in the upcoming school year. In this presentation, we will dive into the importance of looking at your foodservice program with "fresh eyes" to identify opportunities to strengthen the program, provide recommendations on how to gain fresh perspectives, include examples of common key areas to focus on when conducting a review, discuss considerations when building an action plan, and share several case studies.
