Layering the groundwork; Moving our program forward

““As a new director for Exeter, I was looking to have ‘fresh eyes’ look at our program. The ProTeam Foodservice Advisors’ Fresh Eyes Review process with Jean Ronnei, SNS and Debbi Beauvais, RDN SNS captured challenges and identified opportunities within our program. The process also laid the groundwork to move the program forward - we now have a plan to maximize use of our central kitchen and are working to revitalize and make better use of our school kitchens and meal delivery system.
