Jean is a Registered Dietitian and Consultant for Pro•Team with over 30 years of experience at Coppell ISD, in Texas, as the former Director of Child Nutrition. She has extensive knowledge in procurement as she managed both a local district and co-op. She enjoys assisting school districts in finding ways to utilize USDA food dollars best.
