Carolyn Breeding, MS, RD, LD, FAND, President

Carolyn Breeding, RD, LD, FAND is the President of Pro•Team as well as several other companies. Carolyn has more than 40 years of consulting and foodservice experience and is registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, licensed as a Dietitian, certified as a Nutritionist, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Carolyn served as Chair of the Consultant Dietitian Network. In 2008, she was the recipient of the Medallion Award from the American Academy of Food and Nutrition.

Carolyn enjoys working with Pro•Team to assist schools in achieving high quality food service operations and is proud of Pro•Team’s “hands-on” approach with customers.
