HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
1. The Fresh Eyes Review process will begin with a phone meeting between ProTeam and identified program stakeholders. The goal of this meeting is to hone in on the areas of review to be conducted and establish a scope of work for the project.
2. Within two weeks of our call, we will provide your district with an individualized proposal that outlines schedule, costs, deliverables, and consultant(s) resumes, and a list of documents / information needed to begin work.
3. Next, your program's point of contact will work with us to develop a detailed on-site schedule, alert staff of review as desired, and arrange interviews.
4. We conduct the agreed upon site visits, document review, and interviews. This may include:
Site visits during meal service
All manager focus group
Interviews may include business manager, director, office staff, students
Review of menus, financials, staffing
5. Next, your identified stakeholders and our consultants review our findings and draft report, then we will make the necessary edits and adjustments.
6. Finally, we will hand over our final report and you will be equipped to implement manageable changes and program improvements within your resources.
