Brenda Holden, Consultant

Brenda has spent the past 30 years working with groups planning or responding to change both in Alaska and Minnesota. Her experience consulting with school districts, nonprofits, local government, Alaska Native organizations and membership organizations gives her a broad perspective on the dynamics of change in a variety of work environments. Brenda currently works independently and contracts with companies like Pro•Team.

Brenda is familiar with a variety of facilitation styles and processes that she can tailor to meet the unique needs of each situation. Pro•Team partners with Brenda on projects involving group processes. Her role as facilitator is to create a safe and productive space for people to do their best work.

Brenda graduated from the College of St. Benedict and completed her master’s degree at St. Cloud State University. She returned to her home state of Minnesota after her family lived in Alaska for 31 years, six of which were in an Athabascan village.
