Ricardo spent five years as the Executive Chef and Nutrition Center Manager for Saint Paul Public Schools. During his tenure, Ricardo directed the overall operation of the Nutrition Center-Central Kitchen, the warehouse, and distribution operations that provide meals for all schools in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
With over 15 years of management experience in restaurants and event planning, including owning two of her own restaurants, Catherine brings a keen eye for detail and organization while monitoring projects from start to completion.
Debbi currently concentrates on program marketing including our Cafeteria Makeover service. Debbi is extremely dedicated to developing comfortable and engaging student dining areas that help drive participation.
Marty has years of experience in Child Nutrition Programs having worked in schools as a manager, consultant at KY Department of Education, Fayette County Schools Child Nutrition Supervisor and Coordinator as well as Executive Director of KY School Nutrition Association. She has delivered staff trainings on operations, customer service and program promotion.
Pulling on experience as a former Director of Food & Nutrition and as a District School Nutrition Coordinator, Jessica enjoys planning school menus and has deep expertise in pediatric nutrition, food allergies, specialized dietary requirements, and overall wellness.
Having over forty years of school nutrition experience, Sara has extensive knowledge in financial management, all areas of procurement, kitchen design, and helped establish the West Indy Coop (WIC) which serves over 100,000 students in central Indiana.
Lora has a master’s degree from Kansas State University in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. She was the Corporate Nutritionist for Schwan’s, managing the nutrition database and labeling for ten years and moved to the Sr. Director of Nutrition Services for the Orange County Public Schools in Orlando for nearly 20 years.
Brittany is here to help customers pivot quickly to meet ever-changing needs. Brittany is skilled at developing menus from operations, compliance, and student perspectives with experience in child nutrition at both state and district levels.
Brenda has years of experience working with a wide range of groups and organizations as it relates to processes (and training). She takes great pride in one client's description of her being ‘relentlessly practical’ as she encouraged them to move forward in an ambitious strategic plan.
Samantha brings years of school nutrition operations expertise to the table as former Supervisor of Menu Planning and Special Diets at Boston Public Schools and Field Coordinator at Round Rock Independent School District.
Barbara brings a well-rounded background in Child Nutrition to our team. Having been the Food Service Director for Boone County Schools as well as a Child Nutrition Consultant for the state of Kentucky, she understands school nutrition from both sides of the profession.
Katie is a Registered Dietitian with years of experience in child nutrition at a large Florida school district where she was the senior leader of menu development. She enjoys working closely with operators to plan compliant, cost-effect, and student-centered menus.
Melissa has over 8 years of experience in Child Nutrition including working within both the local and state level. Her expertise lies within creating regionally appropriate menus that reflect the demographics of the target market along with helping districts come up with creative solutions to shortages or special dietary needs.
Becky is a Registered Dietitian with over 18 years of experience as a Child Nutrition Director in Kentucky and 12 years of experience in community nutrition at the local health department prior to that. Becky comes to Pro Team with experience in all aspects of school nutrition operations including menu planning, procurement, and leadership.
Jean is a Registered Dietitian and Consultant for Pro-Team with over 30 years of experience at Coppell ISD as the former Director of Child Nutrition.
As a ProTeam Senior Consultant, Kymm lends her expertise to a variety of projects, providing direction on procurement, production planning, menu concepts, and labor and productivity.
Elli has a wealth of experience providing guidance to school food authorities participating in federal child nutrition programs to ensure compliance with meal pattern guidelines.
As former COO, NS director for St Paul Public Schools (MN) and past president of national SNA, Jean has experience in deep reviews and program reorganizations as well as scrappy, creative problem-solving on a budget.
Reggie Ross has been a School Nutrition Professional for the past 17 1/2 years. He worked for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as an Area Supervisor for 7 1/2 years, where he received the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, SNS Certificate, and was highly successful in increasing meal participation among the schools that he supervised.
Gloria comes with years of experience creating compliant, innovative, and cost-effective school menus. She understands student needs and preferences and uses her expertise to partner with customers for on-trend, delicious meals that fit into the meal pattern puzzle.
Colette is a Registered Dietitian with almost a decade dedicated to Child Nutrition. Her skills range from menu planning, securing grants, training both frontline staff and administration, marketing and program promoting, accommodating special diets, and ensuring program compliance is met.
Carolyn has more than 40 years of consulting and foodservice experience and is registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, licensed as a Dietitian, certified as a Nutritionist, and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
As Managing Partner of Pro•Team, Paul brings broad experience to the team. His background includes several years working in school foodservice, health care and he has even owned his own restaurant and catering business.
