Jill Camber Davidson, RDN, CD
Jill is a registered dietitian/nutritionist with extensive experience in nutrition education and school wellness. She has experience in food service administration, public health nutrition and developing nutrition education. Jill also has served as a former elected school board member and in numerous nutrition leadership positions. She provides educational training and technical assistance related to nutrition education/curriculum, nutrition policy and regulation, school health and wellness, leadership, and other nutrition-related practices and policy topics. Jill is also a Nutrition 101 trainer for the Institute of Child Nutrition.
Samantha Kimball, MPH, RDN
Samantha previously worked with Boston Public Schools as the Supervisor of Menu Planning and Special Diets. She consults with Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors for menu planning and special diets and is well-versed in menu planning and compliance software.

Paul is a recognized and respected provider of food service design and management consulting services. The firm works with Architects, Owners, Engineers, State Agencies and Code Authorities to provide integrated project deliverables which will meet project scope and code requirements. Paul has been a professional member of Food Service Consultant's Society International (FCSI) for over 25 years.
Kymm Mutch, MS, RDN, CD
Kymm is VP of Products and Services at Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors. She focuses on support and services for school LEAs and co-ops serving schools. Kymm brings school district management (Milwaukee Public Schools – School Nutrition Services Administrator) and urban school district management experience to the work of the firm. Kymm has worked extensively with school food procurement, commodity management, and “clean label” supply chain management. Kymm provides consultant supervision, training and technical assistance for all aspects of program operations.
Glenn Noffsinger is Operations Manager and Chef Consultant at Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors. He is the former Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Pennfield Schools and a past Chairman of the Board with the SPARC Commodity Food Consortium in Michigan. Additionally, he has served as Chair of the Pennfield Schools Wellness Council, where he led the vision and goals initiatives for re-initiating his district's wellness policy. Glenn also served as Co-Chair at the Regional Health Alliance in Calhoun County, Michigan to address priority health issues and improve metrics in the community. He is ServSave® certified and a member of the National Restaurant Association, School Nutrition Association, American Commodities Distribution Association and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation for school nutrition programs.
Elli Pace, MS, RD, LD
Elli is a former Dietetics Educator with the State of Kentucky. She has experience providing guidance to School Food Authorities participating in Federal Child Nutrition Programs to ensure compliance with Meal Pattern Guidelines. Elli provides technical assistance with menu-planning and compliance for Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors.
Julie Powers, RD, SNS
Julie Powers is a Registered Dietitian and School Nutrition Specialist. She is a former school food service director with experience in broadline distributor sales and community nutrition. Julie is also a past president of the Minnesota School Nutrition Association. Julie's passion is feeding kids in the most efficient, nutritious and compliant way possible.
Jean Ronnei, SNS
Jean has been a leader in School Food for many years. In addition to serving as President of the School Nutrition Association (SNA), she led the efforts in Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS), MN to transform their program to one that received national recognition for: building effective financial systems; designing innovative marketing strategies; and creating healthy menus that honored the diverse student body and drove high participation.
In addition to serving as Nutrition Services Director for SPPS, Jean served as Chief Operations Officer. In that role, had responsibility for Technology Services, Facilities, Safety & Security, Custodial, Transportation and Nutrition Services. This role provided her with valuable insights into K-12 and have her uniquely qualified to support school districts in her role as Senior Consultant for Pro•Team Foodservice Advisors.
