Our unique approach to "Fresh Eyes" is based on the premise that school nutrition directors are busy people with good ideas, but need a “bench” of experienced school nutrition specialists to catalyze their concepts into actionable steps.
A Fresh Eyes evaluation consists of our industry-leading experts visiting your district for a multi-day observation of your complete Child Nutrition Program. The observation includes collaborating with key stakeholders across the district to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of the program’s needs and challenges. Observing your program allows us to gain a clear understanding of your district’s current child nutrition operations. It creates the foundation for discussing areas with opportunity for growth, who should be engaged in developing approaches, and who should be involved in execution.
